We are looking for a strong woman candidate for our Social Media Management. Today we have 10k + followers on Instagram. We conduct retreats, travel, and women's community events. The content we have is solid; we need a creative soul to turn it into strong reels and videos to scale our social media pages - Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

We are looking for long term committed individual, who will work with a sense of purpose. We are an all-women-led startup.

Core Areas of Work:

Social Media - Manage 2-3 Instagram pages of various services (creative content, reels, editing, content planning, ads). Work closely with the founder. (https://www.instagram.com/mindfully_sorted/)

Website - Update recent events, SEO based blogs

Community Manager - We have 2000+ community members and want to grow to 5k+ by 2027.



Anyone who is interested in building and engaging the community with events and workshops will be added advantage.

- Bangalore-based is a must. Preferably within commute distance of the Bellandur
- Open to do take on more areas of work and learn as we grow
- Self-driven and independently able to own and work
