Job Summary

Brain Boosters is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage social media platforms, create engaging content, design attractive creatives, and support the company's online presence and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Content Writing: Create engaging captions, social media posts, promotional content, and content ideas.

- Creative Designing: Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and other marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

- Script Writing: Prepare scripts for reels, short videos, promotional videos, and other social media content.

- Camera Presentation: Present confidently in front of the camera for reels, promotional videos, and brand-related content.

- Content Planning: Prepare weekly content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.

- Audience Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to improve engagement.





- Trend Monitoring: Identify current social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, and creative content formats.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and other social media metrics.

- Team Coordination: Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maintain brand consistency.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management or digital content creation.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

- Good content writing and caption-writing skills.

- Script-writing skills for reels and promotional videos.

- Confidence in camera presentation and video recording.

- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Creativity, communication skills, and time management.

- Ability to follow content schedules and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any degree in Visual Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- A portfolio of social media posts, designs, scripts, or videos will be an advantage.
