BHeard is looking for a creative, articulate, and organised Social Media Executive to work with brands across hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer categories.

What You'll Do

- Develop content ideas and plan social media calendars for multiple brands.
- Write engaging captions and create social media creatives using Canva.
- Coordinate with clients to understand briefs, clarify requirements, communicate updates, and manage feedback.
- Work with designers, photographers, and video editors to execute campaigns and content.
- Coordinate publishing across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns to support client objectives.
- Research relevant trends, competitors, and creative opportunities for brands.




- Track social media and campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and results.
- Manage multiple tasks, revisions, and deadlines while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

What We're Looking For ✅ Excellent communication skills are mandatory. You should be confident communicating with clients, understanding briefs, and coordinating with internal teams.

✅ Hands-on Canva skills are mandatory. You must be able to create polished, visually appealing social media creatives independently.

✅ Good academic performance, a robust learning mindset, and the ability to understand and implement feedback.

✅ A genuine interest in social media marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.

✅ A good eye for aesthetics, creative thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.

✅ Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritise tasks.

✅ An understanding of Instagram content formats, reels, and audience engagement.

Good to have: Prior experience in social media marketing, Meta Ads Manager and paid campaign optimisation, hospitality or lifestyle brands, or AI tools. Meta Ads experience is an advantage.
