Role Description

- This is a full time on-site role for a Social Media Client Servicing Executive located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.
- The Social Media Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing top-notch customer service, presenting social media strategies, and ensuring clients' social media campaigns are executed successfully.
- Daily tasks include client interactions, account management, and developing and presenting client reports and updates.
- QualificationsThe candidate should have Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management skills of minimum 1 year to 3 years .
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing is mandatory
- Ability to create and deliver impactful Presentations and reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in digital marketing or social media agencies is a plus
