Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for Fruitified Café and Kamala Infra. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing content that builds brand awareness, attracts customers, showcases projects, and strengthens the companies' online presence.

Key Responsibilities For Fruitified Café

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, and promotional content.
- Shoot attractive videos of food, beverages, products, and café ambience.
- Develop creative ideas around food trends, seasonal promotions, and customer experiences.
- Create content for offers, new product launches, and special events.
- Help increase customer engagement, reach, and brand visibility on social media.

For Kamala Infra
- Create professional videos showcasing construction projects, site progress, and company activities.
- Develop informative content related to construction, infrastructure, architecture, and real estate services.
- Shoot project walkthroughs, team introductions, client testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Present the company's work in a visually appealing and qualified manner.
- Support brand awareness and lead generation through social media content.

General Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars and creative campaigns.
- Write short scripts, captions, and promotional copy.
- Shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva,



or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, content formats, and audience preferences.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with practical content creation experience and a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Basic photography, videography, and video-editing abilities.
- Good communication, creativity, storytelling, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Willingness to visit café premises and construction sites for content shoots.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating short-form videos and promotional reels.
- Knowledge of lighting, framing, camera angles, and audio recording.
- Ability to appear on camera or direct people when required is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of branding, social media marketing, and audience engagement.
- A portfolio of previous work or sample reels.

Performance Expectations
- Consistent delivery of high-quality content for both brands.
- Creative and brand-appropriate videos and promotional materials.
- Timely completion of the content calendar.
- Improvement in reach, engagement, and audience interest over time.
