Can you make finance interesting enough that people actually want to watch it?

We're building Kautilya, a quantitative analytics platform that helps Indian investors understand markets through data, research, and institutional-grade financial models.

We're looking for a charismatic, camera-confident Finance Content Creator to become the face of Kautilya across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.

This isn't a conventional social media management role. We want someone who understands finance, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can explain complex market concepts in a way that keeps viewers watching.

What you'll do

- Be the face of Kautilya: Present finance videos on camera, bringing personality, energy, and credibility to our brand.
- Make finance engaging: Explain Indian equities, derivatives, options, market trends, and investing concepts in a way that's accessible without oversimplifying.
- Understand what drives views: Develop solid hooks, improve audience retention, identify shareable topics, and adapt content to YouTube, Instagram Reels, and emerging formats.
- Bring the Indian market perspective: Understand the interests, behaviour, and content preferences of Indian retail investors.
- Research and stay relevant: Identify timely market stories, trending financial topics, and ideas that deserve deeper exploration.
- Build a community: Help grow our channels organically through consistent publishing, audience engagement, and data-driven experimentation.

Our team is building the video production and editing workflow. Your primary focus will be presenting, financial storytelling, and growing an audience.



Who we're looking for

- Confident and natural on camera, with an engaging speaking style and strong communication skills.
- Understands social media marketing, content formats, audience retention, and organic channel growth.
- Has a genuine interest in finance. Knowledge of the Indian stock market, F&O;, derivatives, mutual funds, or portfolio analytics is a major plus.
- Can explain technical concepts clearly to both beginners and experienced market participants.
- Understands Indian finance audiences and can communicate naturally in English and/or Hindi/Hinglish.
- Is proactive, creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with different content styles.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience growing a YouTube channel or Instagram account.
- A background in finance, economics, trading, investing, or financial research.
- Experience as a financial educator, presenter, influencer, or content creator.
- A portfolio of finance videos, explainers, interviews, or other on-camera work.
