Role Description In this full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, the Social Media and Campaign Strategies Specialist will manage and grow VIGN’s presence across key social media platforms. The role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, developing content calendars, and aligning social media activity with broader marketing and brand objectives. The specialist will collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to craft platform-specific content that showcases AI cinema projects, client work,



and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Daily activities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, engaging with online communities, and identifying trends and opportunities relevant to the AI filmmaking and creative production space. The role also involves contributing to digital marketing initiatives, supporting new campaign concepts, and ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation across major platforms.
- Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience in campaign strategy and performance optimization.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear writing, storytelling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and basic marketing metrics to measure and improve campaign outcomes.
- Familiarity with creative industries, film, or AI-driven content production is highly beneficial.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and maintain a consistent full time schedule.
