? FREELANCE / PROJECT-BASED CHANCE

Enviro Resources is seeking an experienced Social Impact Assessment (SIA) & Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R;) Expert to collaborate with us on a freelance or project basis.

? Project Location: Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Maharashtra

? Scope of Work

- Conduct field visits and socio-economic surveys in project-affected areas.
- Interact with Project Affected Persons (PAPs) to understand their concerns, impacts, and rehabilitation needs.
- Undertake Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Resettlement & Rehabilitation (R&R;) studies.
- Identify and predict potential social impacts of proposed projects.
- Develop appropriate mitigation measures and R&R; plans.




- Prepare and finalize comprehensive SIA and R&R; reports in accordance with applicable guidelines.

? Required Expertise
- Relevant experience in SIA studies, R&R; planning, and report preparation.
- Experience in PAP consultations and socio-economic surveys.
- Strong field assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently on a freelance or project basis.
