About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SOC Infrastructure Lead to manage and strengthen enterprise security operations, Microsoft security infrastructure, SIEM/SOAR platforms, threat detection, and incident response capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender security solutions, Azure Security, Microsoft 365 Security, and security automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Microsoft Sentinel and enterprise SIEM/SOAR platforms.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor Microsoft Defender XDR, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Cloud.
- Develop and optimize KQL queries for threat hunting, security investigations, and detection engineering.
- Implement security automation using Microsoft Sentinel playbooks, Azure Logic Apps, and workflow orchestration.
- Monitor and strengthen Azure, Microsoft 365, and cloud security environments.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Investigate security alerts, coordinate incident response, and improve threat detection capabilities.
- Apply the MITRE ATT&CK; Framework, Cyber Kill Chain, and established incident response methodologies.
- Troubleshoot network security issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS,



VPNs, firewalls, and network security monitoring.
- Support security operations during US business hours and participate in on-call rotations as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Operations, SOC Engineering, or Security Infrastructure.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender security solutions.
- Experience managing SIEM, SOAR, security automation, and orchestration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Security, Microsoft 365 Security, and cloud security architecture.
- Proficiency in KQL for threat hunting, investigations, and detection engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and PIM.
- Hands-on experience with Logic Apps, playbooks, and security automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and security monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Requirements

- Must be willing to work onsite in Chennai, five days a week.
- Must be comfortable working the US shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Must be available for on-call support as required.
- Maximum CTC: ₹20 LPA.
