Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-orientated SMO strategist with expertise in social media optimization, paid advertising, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing advertising campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SMO strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and creative campaign concepts.
- Develop creative content ideas and strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, audience engagement, reach, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality social media creatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and social media trend analysis.




- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, advertising techniques, and content formats.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO), social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, performance analytics, and campaign reporting.
- Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong strategic planning, communication, and analytical abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in SMO, social media marketing, or digital marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, content creation, and creative work is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
