- Location: WFH Remote / Hybrid (Ahmedabad)
- CTC: ₹3-6 LPA based on experience and skills

We’re looking for a sharp analytical professional to join our digital operations team.

What you’ll be doing

- Researching vendors services and competitors
- Testing and comparing SMM services
- Tracking quality pricing margins and performance
- Managing reports data and operational trackers
- Coordinating with vendors and external partners
- Identifying issues and improving processes

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in operations research data or vendor management
- Is robust with Google Sheets & Management Tools
- Has excellent research and problem solving skills
- Is organised detail focused and comfortable with numbers
- Can take ownership and work independently

Bonus

- Experience with SMM panels or digital service platforms
- Experience with PR Campaigns
- Knowledge of social media platforms and service testing

Degree matters less than your ability to research analyse and solve problems.
