Role Description This is a full-time, in office Skills Trainer role based in Mumbai.

The Skills

Trainer will deliver structured training sessions on life skills, communication, and soft skills to diverse learner groups, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and practical.

Responsibilities include planning and organizing training modules, conducting interactive classroom activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback.



The role also involves preparing training materials, maintaining accurate training records, and aligning delivery with organizational standards and curricula.

Trainer will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve training quality and support learners in achieving employability and career goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, including experience designing and delivering instructor-led programs.
- Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills to conduct engaging sessions and simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Candidates should possess solid Life Skills and Soft Skills training capabilities to support learner readiness for employment and personal growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with learners, colleagues, and external partners.
- Relevant experience as a trainer or facilitator in vocational education, TVET, or similar settings is beneficial.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; a background in education, psychology, social work, or human resources is an advantage.
- Ability to work with diverse socio-economic groups, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and manage classrooms effectively.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, basic computer skills, and familiarity with digital training tools are preferred.
