We are looking for a skilled and creative SketchUp Visualiser with at least 2 years of professional experience in architectural visualisation. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of architectural design, 3D modelling, detailing, and presentation, with the ability to translate 2D drawings and design concepts into accurate and visually appealing 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D architectural models using SketchUp.

- Convert 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, and elevations into accurate 3D models.

- Create realistic and visually appealing exterior and interior views.

- Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design requirements.

- Incorporate design revisions and feedback within defined timelines.

- Ensure accuracy in dimensions, materials, textures, and architectural details.

- Prepare high-quality 3D views and presentations for client approvals.

- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in architectural visualisation.

- Proficiency in SketchUp and a strong understanding of architectural modelling.

- Knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.

- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.

- Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and proportions.

- Strong attention to detail and visualisation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

- Creative, detail-oriented, and technically sound.

- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

- Able to handle design changes efficiently.

- Strong time-management and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
