Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Sitecore Developer | Architect | Healthcare, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Sitecore-based solutions for healthcare clients. Day-to-day work includes implementing Sitecore components, templates, and workflows, integrating Sitecore with external systems and APIs, and optimizing performance, security, and scalability.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine technical designs, and ensure that solutions meet healthcare compliance and usability standards. The professional will also support code reviews, troubleshooting, and deployment activities, while contributing to best practices, documentation,



and continuous improvement of Sitecore implementations.

Qualifications

- Strong experience with Sitecore development and architecture, including templates, layouts, components, and workflows.
- Proficiency in .NET/C#, ASP.NET, and related web development technologies, with solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks beneficial for Sitecore solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare domain requirements, including data privacy, regulatory compliance, and user-centric design for clinical and patient-facing applications.
- Experience with DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), build and deployment pipelines, and environment management for enterprise web platforms.
- Ability to analyze requirements, create technical designs, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with other CMS platforms, cloud services (e.g., Azure), and performance optimization techniques is an advantage.
