Role Description The Site Supervisor – Manpower Management & Billing is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirunelveli. The role involves overseeing day-to-day site operations, including supervising manpower deployment, monitoring attendance, and ensuring that staffing levels meet project requirements.

The Site

Supervisor will coordinate work schedules, track productivity, verify job completion, and maintain records needed for billing and documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing and validating timesheets, collating site data for invoices, supporting cost control, and ensuring billing accuracy in line with client agreements. The role also involves regular communication with project managers and clients, enforcing safety and compliance standards,



and addressing operational issues promptly to keep site activities running smoothly.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision capabilities, including manpower planning, task allocation, and daily operational oversight.
- Experience in billing, timesheet management, cost tracking, and basic accounting or invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in using MS Office or similar tools for reports, spreadsheets, and documentation; comfort with digital record-keeping.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with site teams, management, and client representatives.
- Understanding of safety, compliance, and basic industrial or engineering site protocols.
- Preferred: Any graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience in site supervision, manpower handling, attendance management, or billing will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with robust coordination and administrative skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and data management is desirable.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.
