- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor ongoing interior work.

- Take accurate site measurements and prepare detailed dimensions.

- Check and record levels, openings, wall dimensions, ceiling heights, and other site conditions.

- Coordinate with the client, sales team, designer, project manager, contractors, and site workers.

- Verify site measurements before preparing or finalizing drawings and quotations.

- Identify discrepancies between actual site conditions and drawings and report them to the concerned team.

- Take transparent site photographs and videos and share regular updates through WhatsApp.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports.

- Maintain proper attendance and workforce reporting at the site.





- Monitor site progress and report delays, material requirements, or execution issues.

- Coordinate with different teams for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) requirements.

- Check basic civil and interior execution work as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Understand and verify openings, levels, dimensions, and measurements required for interior work.
