Role Description The Site Supervisor at FlowLogic Solutions - FLS is a full-time, in office role based in Harihar.

The Site

Supervisor oversees daily operations at project locations, including coordinating work activities, monitoring progress against plans, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met. This role involves supervising site personnel and contractors, managing materials and equipment, and liaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to address issues and maintain clear communication.

Supervisor is responsible for documenting site activities, reporting on milestones and incidents, and supporting compliance with regulatory and environmental guidelines. The position also includes problem-solving on-site challenges,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and team leadership skills, with experience coordinating daily construction or industrial operations.
- Knowledge of water management systems, utilities, or related infrastructure projects, and familiarity with environmental or sustainability practices.
- Competence in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, including tracking materials, equipment, and workforce needs.
- Ability to enforce safety protocols and quality standards, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients on-site.
- Experience in documenting site activities, preparing progress reports, and using basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software).
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role at industrial, utility, or infrastructure project sites; experience in water-related projects is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Harihar, adapt to changing operational needs, and make timely decisions under pressure.
