We are urgently looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site workers, monitoring construction progress, ensuring quality standards, and completing work as per approved drawings and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of civil construction activities, site execution, material management, and coordination with engineers, contractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship as per project standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material records, and work progress updates.




- Ensure compliance with site safety rules and construction procedures.
- Identify site issues and report delays, discrepancies, or technical problems to the concerned engineer or project manager.
- Monitor activities such as masonry, plastering, concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing works, as applicable.
- Ensure housekeeping and maintain a safe, organized working environment at the site.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Btech , Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, or a relevant qualification; practical experience may also be considered.
- 1–5 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage labour teams and supervise multiple site activities.
- Willingness to work at the project site and join immediately.
