Chennai / Project Sites Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor – Fresher to support our construction team at project sites. The candidate will assist in monitoring site activities, coordinating workers, checking materials and ensuring that work is carried out according to project requirements and instructions from senior engineers/supervisors.

Key Responsibilities • Assist senior engineers and supervisors in daily site activities.

- Monitor day-to-day construction work at the site.
- Coordinate with workers and subcontractors.
- Check whether work is being carried out according to instructions.
- Assist in checking construction materials and requirements.
- Maintain basic site records and daily work updates.
- Monitor worker attendance and productivity.
- Report site progress and issues to the senior supervisor/engineer.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain site discipline.
- Support measurement and basic quantity-related work when required.
- Coordinate with other teams for smooth project execution.
- Perform other site-related duties assigned by the senior engineer/management.

Basic Knowledge Required

The candidate should have basic knowledge of:




- Basic civil construction processes • Concrete and reinforcement work • Brick/block work • Plastering • Flooring • Basic measurements • Construction materials • Reading basic drawings • Basic site safety • Basic AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage • Basic knowledge of BOQ is an advantage Freshers with basic civil knowledge and a willingness to learn can apply.

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (subject to interview performance and management approval).

Working Conditions • Full-time position • Site-based work • Candidates should be willing to travel to project sites as required.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in a construction-site environment.
