Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor who can efficiently manage on-site activities and coordinate with plant personnel to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, experience in workforce handling, material coordination, and the ability to ensure timely execution of work as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
- Coordinate closely with plant personnel, production teams, and other departments for timely execution of site requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination between the site and plant for material availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor manpower deployment, allocate daily tasks, and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Track work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules and quality standards.
- Coordinate material requirements, inventory availability, loading, unloading, and transportation as required.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress records, material consumption details, and manpower attendance.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with plant management and concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and site-specific guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, productivity,



and adherence to operational standards.
- Communicate daily progress, delays, material requirements, and operational challenges to management.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams whenever required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in site supervision, site operations, or plant coordination.
- Strong experience in coordinating with plant teams, production departments, and site personnel.
- Valuable knowledge of material management, manpower handling, and daily site operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel for reporting.
- Willingness to travel between the plant and site, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Should be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling site responsibilities independently.
- Must be comfortable coordinating with plant management and different departments.
- Should have a practical approach to resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth workflow.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
