We are looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain application and production environments. The ideal candidate should have solid production support experience, excellent SQL skills, and the ability to handle critical incidents in a time-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor application alerts and resolve production issues.

- Investigate incidents, identify root causes,



and implement preventive actions.

- Support deployments, releases, and post-deployment checks.

- Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency.

- Coordinate with development, DevOps, and business teams.

- Maintain operational documentation and participate in disaster recovery / BCP drills.

- Provide rotational 247 on-call and weekend support as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 35 years of experience in banking or financial services environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of equities trading flows is an added advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Applications.
