About the Role

We are looking for a Site Operations Engineer to manage on-site execution of hydraulic tools and equipment rental services. The role involves site visits, tool installation and operation, manpower coordination, troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring safe and timely completion of jobs at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit client project sites to assess job requirements and plan tool deployment.
- Handle the installation, operation, and removal of hydraulic tools and equipment at customer sites.
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, and the operations team for smooth site execution.
- Supervise site manpower and ensure proper utilization of tools and equipment.
- Perform basic inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hydraulic tools and equipment.
- Ensure that all tools are used safely and according to operating procedures.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned site activities.
- Maintain site records, including job reports, service reports, equipment checklists, and delivery challans.
- Coordinate equipment dispatch, return, and inspection after job completion.
- Report technical issues, equipment damage,



and site-related challenges to the concerned team.
- Ensure compliance with client site safety rules and company procedures.
- Travel to customer sites across industrial project locations as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in site operations, field service, industrial equipment, or hydraulic tools.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and industrial tools.
- Experience in equipment installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with technicians and customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site documentation.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
- Must have a valid driving licence and own two-wheeler.
