Role Description The Site Incharge role is a full time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day site operations, including planning work schedules, coordinating manpower and materials, and ensuring that construction activities follow project drawings, specifications, and safety norms.

Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors and site staff, monitoring progress against timelines, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining accurate records such as daily reports, material usage, and work completion status.

The Site

Incharge will liaise with project managers, clients,



and vendors to ensure smooth communication and adherence to quality standards, and will support compliance with relevant regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience supervising construction sites or infrastructure projects, with the ability to coordinate activities, manpower, and materials effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, technical specifications, and basic quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in maintaining site documentation, including daily work reports, material tracking, and progress updates.
- Capability to communicate clearly with project teams, clients, vendors, and site workers, and to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects in an on-site supervisory capacity will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
