Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Site Supervisors to join our mining operations team. The selected candidates will assist in supervising daily site activities, coordinating with workers and operators, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that mining operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily mining and site operations.

Monitor workers, equipment operators, and site activities.

Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth operations.

Track daily work progress and maintain site activity reports.





Ensure workers follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Monitor the proper use and handling of tools, machinery, and equipment.

Report site issues, delays, equipment problems, and safety concerns to the management.

Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and coordination at the worksite.

Eligibility and Skills

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field may be preferred.

Basic knowledge of site operations and safety practices is an advantage.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work at mining sites and travel to the assigned location.

Responsible, hardworking, and eager to learn.
