Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman for interior works who can manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge of interior execution, site coordination, materials, workmanship, and labor management. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that all work is completed on time, within quality standards, and as per drawings/specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all interior site activities from start to handover.

- Understand and execute complete interior works, including civil, carpentry, gypsum, false ceiling, painting, flooring, electrical coordination, and finishing works.

- Study drawings, plans, BOQs, and specifications, and ensure execution accordingly.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor teams, and project managers.

- Plan daily work schedules and ensure manpower is deployed effectively.

- Check material quality, work quality, and site progress regularly.

- Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards.

- Resolve site issues and support smooth execution of work.

- Maintain site records, progress reports, and material usage details.

- Ensure timely completion of projects with high-quality finishing.





- Coordinate measurements, inspections, and client/site engineer discussions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman in interior projects.

- Strong knowledge of full interior execution process from start to finish.

- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and site plans.

- Good knowledge of materials, site methods, and finishing standards.

- Experience in managing labor and subcontractors.

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site activities.

- Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interiors.

- Hands-on experience in coordinating multiple interior trades.

- Minimum experience: 5–8 years in interior fit-out/site supervision, depending on project requirements.
