Educational Qualification :- Graduate in any discipline.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct weekly safety meetings with contractors and attend safety meetings with clients.
- Handle site execution activities, including erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of fire-fighting and plumbing systems.
- Prepare material lists based on project requirements, ensuring the required quantities and availability of materials as per the project plan.
- Plan and execute project activities, including layout, installation, and coordination of fire-fighting and plumbing works.
- Assess spare material requirements, prepare indent requests, and coordinate with the purchase department for timely procurement of technically approved materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and bar charts to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct site surveys to assess site conditions, identify installation requirements, and plan execution activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
