Job Summary

Responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day construction activities at site, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.

· Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources required for smooth execution.

· Check quality of civil and structural works and ensure compliance with standards.

· Review drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies at site.

· Coordinate with the Project Manager/Consultants for technical clarifications and timely resolutions.

· Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

· Ensure proper measurement and verification of completed works.

· Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements.





· Support planning and execution to achieve project targets within the scheduled timeline.

· Identify site-level issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.

· Maintain necessary site records, reports, checklists, and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

· 4–7 years of relevant experience in building construction.

· Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, execution, and site supervision.

· Good understanding of RCC, finishing, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and related building works.

· Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.

· Good coordination, communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.

· Strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and timely project execution.

Experience with high-rise building projects will be preferred
