Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential construction sites .

- Ensure construction work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring all timelines and budgets are adhered to.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the construction process meets design, safety, and quality standards.

- Handle site documentation, including daily reports, site records, and progress updates.

- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to problems as they arise.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

- Assist in coordinating deliveries, managing materials, and ensuring the timely availability of resources.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in site engineering, preferably on residential projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace while maintaining high-quality standards.

- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
