Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate construction activities at the Al Jamea Tus Saifiyah project in Sidhpur, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil construction, RCC works, structural steel, finishing activities, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Inspect reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare measurement books, verify quantities, and maintain accurate site measurements.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records, photographs,



and project documentation.
- Ensure safe working practices and timely completion of assigned activities.

Educational Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in building construction and site supervision.
- Practical knowledge of RCC works, structural steel, and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in contractor coordination, quality inspections, and progress reporting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project documentation is desirable.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work full time at the Sidhpur project site.
- Candidates available to join at the earliest will be preferred.
