Role Objective

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, coordinate with contractors, and achieve project timelines as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise civil construction activities, including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing.
- Ensure execution as per approved architectural and structural drawings.

2. Quality Control & Safety

- Monitor construction quality, materials, and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and construction specifications.

3. Contractor & Labour Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor work progress and resolve day-to-day site issues.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

- Track construction progress against project schedules.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

5. Material & Quantity Management

- Verify material requirements, consumption, and work measurements.




- Assist in checking contractor bills and controlling material wastage.

Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil construction and site execution.
- Preferred Background: Real estate, residential high-rise, or commercial construction projects.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of RCC work, construction drawings, quality control, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
- Key Competencies: Strong site supervision, contractor coordination, problem-solving, and project execution skills.

What We’re Looking For A hands-on Civil Site Engineer with solid technical knowledge, practical site execution experience, and the ability to ensure construction quality, control wastage, and complete assigned activities within project timelines. Experience with a real estate developer will be preferred. Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
