About the Role

Ameera Mansion is looking for an experienced and technically sound Senior Civil Engineer to oversee residential construction and township infrastructure development at our 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar location. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in residential projects, including 3BHK/4BHK houses or flats, roads, sewerage systems, drainage, and other essential infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute residential construction projects, including 3BHK and 4BHK houses, flats, and residential buildings.
- Oversee internal road construction, including road levels, gradients, pavement specifications, quality, and execution.
- Manage sewerage networks, stormwater drainage, underground pipelines, and other infrastructure development works.
- Supervise site execution, contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and material procurement.
- Ensure construction quality, structural specifications, safety standards, and timely project completion.
- Review civil drawings, BOQs, estimates, measurements, and construction specifications.
- Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and contractor bills.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors,



and management to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with approved layouts and engineering standards.
- Provide progress reports, identify potential project risks, and recommend practical solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in residential construction and civil infrastructure development.
- Proven experience in residential buildings, including 3BHK/4BHK projects, roads, sewerage, drainage, and allied infrastructure.
- Strong practical knowledge of site execution, construction materials, drawings, estimation, and quality control.
- Experience handling contractors, labour teams, and multiple civil works simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
- Candidates with township development, residential colony development, or integrated infrastructure project experience will be preferred.

Candidate Preferences
- Must be a resident of Punjab, preferably with a strong understanding of local construction practices.
- Must be willing to work full-time at Ameera Mansion, 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar.
- Candidates should be ready to join and take ownership of ongoing and upcoming civil projects.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
