The Site Electrical Head will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, supervision and coordination of electrical works at the solar project site, ensuring that all electrical activities are completed safely, on schedule, within approved specifications and in accordance with project quality standards and manage DC/AC systems, HT/LT, substations, switchyards, transformers, inverters, SCADA and auxiliary systems.

Electrical Project Execution : Lead the complete electrical execution of utility-scale solar PV projects at site.

Lead end-to-end electrical execution at the solar project site, ensuring all electrical works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved engineering specifications.

Competencies & Skills

· Strong expertise in Solar PV electrical execution and utility-scale Solar EPC projects.

· Sound knowledge of DC/AC systems, HT/LT, substations, switchyards, transformers, inverters and SCADA.

· Strong experience in electrical testing, commissioning, energization and synchronization.

· Strong contractor, subcontractor and vendor management skills.





· Robust knowledge of electrical QA/QC, ITPs, testing procedures and documentation.

· Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
