Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities at our Peenya location. The candidate should have experience in site-level accounting, cash management, vendor payments, billing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day site accounts and financial records.
- Handle petty cash transactions and maintain the petty cash register.
- Record daily expenses, purchase bills, invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Verify vendor bills, supplier invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for payments, reimbursements, and accounting-related matters.
- Maintain cash books, bank books, and expense statements.
- Track material purchases, site expenses, and other project-related costs.
- Assist with vendor reconciliation and outstanding payment follow-ups.
- Maintain records of advances issued to employees, contractors, and vendors.
- Support GST invoice documentation and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly expense reports.




- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of bills and vouchers.
- Assist in internal audits and other accounting activities as required.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST invoices, purchase bills, and vendor payments.
- Positive numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams, vendors, and Head Office.
- Honest, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-site accounting will be preferred.

Job Location Peenya, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
