Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and contractors, monitoring construction quality, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications, maintaining site safety, and completing assigned tasks within the project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved architectural and structural drawings.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
- Check the quality of construction work, including masonry, plastering, concreting, tiling, painting, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Verify site measurements, levels, dimensions, and alignment as per approved drawings.
- Report discrepancies, design changes, and site-related issues to the concerned engineer or architect.
- Maintain daily site reports, labour attendance, material consumption records, and progress updates.
- Monitor the receipt, storage, and use of construction materials to minimize wastage.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability of materials at the site.
- Monitor subcontractors' work and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:





- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, or a bachelor's degree/diploma in a relevant construction-related field, preferred.
- Relevant experience in building construction and site supervision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Fresh candidates with relevant technical qualifications may be considered for trainee positions.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of civil construction and building finishing activities.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and working drawings.
- Understanding of construction measurements, levels, and basic quantity calculations.
- Strong coordination and team-management skills.
- Ability to maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage..

Working Conditions: The position requires regular in office presence, outdoor work, coordination with labour teams and contractors, and monitoring of construction activities throughout the working day. The candidate must be willing to work at project sites as required.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, technical knowledge, and company policy.
