Key Responsibilities: Attend and understand customer requirements Explain products, designs, features & pricing Prepare quotations and follow up with customers Handle negotiations and close sales Maintain CRM/customer records Coordinate with billing, warehouse & dispatch teams Generate repeat business and referrals Skills: Positive communication, sales attitude, customer handling, basic computer/CRM knowledge and willingness to learn.
