- Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.

- Explain product features, specifications, designs, quality, pricing, and usage.

- Recommend suitable tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, and related products based on customer needs.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Product

Knowledge & Demonstration

- Maintain updated knowledge of available products, brands, designs, sizes, finishes, and price ranges.

- Explain product specifications and guide customers in selecting suitable products for their residential or commercial projects.

- Assist customers with product comparisons and design selections.

C. Lead Generation & Follow-up

- Generate recent leads through customer referrals, walk-in enquiries, contractors, builders,



architects, and interior designers.

- Follow up with prospective customers to close pending enquiries and quotations.

- Maintain records of customer enquiries, leads, and sales follow-ups.

Showroom

Operations

- Maintain proper product displays, samples, catalogues, and showroom presentation.

- Ensure product labels, pricing details, and promotional materials are updated.

- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.

- Follow up on product availability, order status, and delivery schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
