Designation: Shopify Inventory Management Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for managing inventory across multiple locations through a single Shopify store, ensuring accurate stock records, seamless stock transfers, and real-time inventory updates across showrooms, godowns, and online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory across multiple locations using a single Shopify store.
- Configure and maintain location-wise inventory settings and stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels, inward stock, outward stock, and stock transfers between locations.
- Ensure accurate inventory updates for online orders, showroom sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Track stock discrepancies and coordinate with showroom and godown teams for corrections.
- Generate inventory reports, low-stock alerts, and location-wise stock reports.
- Manage SKU creation, product listings, variants, barcodes, and stock mapping.
- Ensure proper allocation of inventory for online orders and location-based fulfilment.
- Identify and resolve Shopify inventory syncing issues and stock mismatches.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, showroom, and e-commerce teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent overselling, stock duplication, and negative stock.




- Explore Shopify apps and integrations to improve multi-location inventory management.

Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify Admin and inventory management.
- Experience in multi-location inventory management through a single Shopify store.
- Knowledge of stock transfers, inventory reconciliation, SKUs, barcodes, and order fulfilment.
- Understanding of Shopify inventory settings, locations, and third-party inventory apps.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and inventory reporting abilities.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Experience & Qualification
- Prior experience managing Shopify inventory across multiple locations is preferred.
- Experience in sarees, textiles, retail, warehouse, or e-commerce inventory management will be an advantage.
- Candidates must be capable of independently managing inventory accuracy and system processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory accuracy across all locations.
- Timely updates of stock movements and transfers.
- Reduction in stock discrepancies and overselling.
- Accuracy of inventory reports and order fulfilment.
- Efficient coordination between showrooms, godowns, and online operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
