About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Shift Officer – Production who can independently manage shift operations and drive performance across production, quality, food safety, manpower, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily production plans and achieve shift-wise production targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and food safety standards.
- Monitor production efficiency, downtime, wastage, yield, and material consumption.
- Manage manpower deployment, shift discipline, and productivity.
- Maintain production records, documentation, and product traceability.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.




- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG food manufacturing only .
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and food safety systems.
- Hands-on experience in shift operations, production line management, and manpower handling.
- Exposure to OEE improvement, wastage reduction, yield improvement, and production planning.
- Solid problem-solving, leadership, and coordination skills.
