Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience - 7 - 8 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily power plant operations during the assigned shift.
- Monitor AFBC boiler, turbine, generator and auxiliary equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of the boiler and turbine in coordination with DCS operators and field staff.
- Monitor steam pressure, temperature, drum level, turbine parameters and power generation.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and instrumentation teams for troubleshooting.
- Ensure safe start-up, shutdown and emergency handling as per SOPs.
- Maintain shift logbooks, generation reports, breakdown reports and equipment readings.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements and operational standards.
- Manage manpower allocation and handover of shift activities.

Preferred Experience: Biomass/thermal power plant operations, particularly AFBC boilers and HTC/Triveni/Siemens turbines. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
