The Role

Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions for a global enterprise client, guiding developers and shaping how the business plans, funds and tracks its portfolio.

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end SPM solutions: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource and Financial Management

- Custom development using Flow Designer, UI Builder, Workspace and Integration Hub

- Integrations with enterprise tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Workday) via REST/SOAP APIs

- Technical design, code reviews and platform governance

- Mentoring developers and driving delivery quality

- Working with PMO and business leaders to turn requirements into scalable solutions

Must Have

- 10+ years in IT, 6+ years on ServiceNow

- Strong hands-on SPM implementation experience, including Project Workspace and Resource Management

- Solid JavaScript, Glide APIs, ACLs and data modelling

- Experience leading developer teams in client-facing delivery

- Solid stakeholder communication
