We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team at an AMARON Franchise in Bardhaman. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of batteries, inverters, and electronic equipment, along with practical experience in troubleshooting, servicing, and installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform battery testing, inspection, and performance evaluation.
- Diagnose battery-related issues and identify technical faults.
- Attend customer service calls for battery and inverter complaints.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain inverters and related electronic equipment.
- Handle battery and inverter delivery, installation, and commissioning.
- Conduct on-site service visits and provide technical support to customers.
- Ensure proper handling, installation, and maintenance of batteries and inverters.
- Maintain service records and report technical issues to the management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and reliable service.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification: Class 10 pass; ITI or a technical qualification in Electrical or Electronics will be preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in battery servicing, inverter repair, electrical work,



or electronics troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of batteries, inverters, electrical circuits, and electronic equipment.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems and provide practical solutions.
- Willingness to travel for customer service calls and on-site installations.
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
