Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Head – Solar to manage solar service operations, supervise the technical team, and ensure efficient installation support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day solar service and maintenance operations.
- Supervise technicians and coordinate service activities.
- Handle troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to solar systems.
- Coordinate solar system installation, commissioning, and after-sales service.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Monitor system performance and ensure service quality.
- Maintain service reports,



maintenance records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical guidelines.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in solar service operations or a related field.
- Valuable knowledge of solar power systems, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in handling technical teams and service operations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, technicians, and other departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
