o Ensure smooth installation and Effective Execution of Service.

o Schedule service appointments and allocate resources efficiently for the projects o Proactively communicate with Sales Team to understand the service needs of customer and provide timely updates.

o Collaborate and coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery of the products to the client site.

o Maintain accurate service records, including details of service requests, resolutions, feedback, etc.

o Identify opportunities to improve service processes and efficiency.

o Achieve a customer satisfaction score of at least 90% based on feedback and surveys.

o Respond to client inquiries and communication within stipulated SLA.

o Look for opportunities to continuously improve the process for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.

o Capable to Handle the Team o Knowledge related to CRM & ERP

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
