Role Description The Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai (Bhiwandi - Andheri East) , responsible for overseeing post-sales service operations
What will you do
- Manage product testing, repairs, warranty claims and replacements.
Coordinate with service centres, distributors and customers to resolve complaints. Track defective products, pending cases and service turnaround time.
Identify recurring product issues and work with our quality team to find solutions.
Maintain service records,
spare parts inventory and regular MIS reports.
- Help us improve customer satisfaction while controlling warranty costs.
Who are we looking for?
- 2-3 years of experience in after-sales service, RMA, repairs or warranty operations.
- Experience with consumer electronics or mobile accessories brands preferred.
- Candidates who have worked at Mobile Accessories , Smart Phones and consumer electronics companies are encouraged to apply.
- Good Excel skills, basic electronics knowledge and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
