Position – Service Head (After Sales)

Job Purpose: To lead after-sales service operations, ensure customer satisfaction, improve service quality, and drive service revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage service operations, repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.

Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.

Lead and monitor service teams, dealers, and service partners.

Drive service revenue, AMC sales, spare parts sales, and warranty management. Coordinate with sales, production, quality, and supply chain teams.

Monitor service KPIs, customer satisfaction, turnaround time, and service costs.

Develop service processes, improve operational efficiency, and submit performance reports to management.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering in a relevant discipline.

Experience: 5–10 years in service or after-sales operations.

Key Skills:

Customer relationship management, team coordination, technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
