We are Hiring SERVICE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

- Installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and IQ/OQ support for hygienic process equipment.
- Supervise hygienic piping activities, including orbital welding, borescopy, hydro testing, and passivation.
- Perform preventive maintenance, equipment overhauls, breakdown troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Provide technical support, operator training, and recommendations for spares, service kits, and AMC.
- Maintain service reports, equipment history, and qualification documentation in compliance with GMP and applicable industry standards.
- Guide junior engineers, coordinate service schedules, and ensure adherence to site EHS and safety requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Production or related discipline.
- 3–7 years of service, commissioning or maintenance experience in pharma, biotech or hygienic process industries.




- Knowledge of sanitary valves, pumps, heat exchangers, mixers and hygienic piping.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites, lead a small team and maintain service documentation.

Working Conditions

- Frequent travel to customer sites across India, including plant and cleanroom environments.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule for shutdowns and urgent breakdowns.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
