Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell AMC, spare parts, and retro fitment services for car parking systems to existing and potential customers.

•

Plan and execute sales strategies targeting after-sales service business opportunities.

•

Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.

•

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction and service quality.

•

Achieve agreed sales targets and deadlines consistently.

•

Coordinate with internal teams including operations, service, and logistics to deliver seamless service to customers.

•

Work on recovering lost accounts and reviving inactive customers.

•

Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product and service enhancements
