- Experience in ServiceNow development and integrations, knowledge of HRSD and WSD modules, expertise with SAP Success Factors and JavaScript
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows on ServiceNow; support integrations with SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, Security Centre SaaS, and Microsoft Office; install and configure ServiceNow for SIPR and NIPR networks
- Application Development: Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform and modules (HRSD, WSD) to meet business needs in a DoD workplace.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems e.g. SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, Security Centre SaaS, Microsoft Office
