Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of air compressors and industrial power tools across the Kutch region. The ideal candidate should have good troubleshooting abilities, practical technical knowledge, and a willingness to travel to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, and repair air compressors and industrial power tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and attend to equipment breakdowns.
- Identify spare parts and assist in spare parts requirements.
- Visit customer sites across the Kutch region to provide technical support and resolve service issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper service records.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines during service activities.

Educational Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- ITI in Fitter, Electrician, or a related technical trade may also be considered for candidates with relevant hands-on experience.

Required Skills

- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Basic understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance procedures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations across the Kutch region.
- Ability to work independently and manage service assignments efficiently.
