: Presales & Service Engineer – Laptops/Desktop

Location: Delhi/Gurgaon

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues related to laptops and desktops.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and explain product features.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
- Assist in preparing technical quotations, product comparisons, and proposals.
- Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical support.
- Coordinate with sales teams and customers for technical queries and product evaluations.
- Visit client locations for demonstrations and service support as required.

Required Skills:

- Experience in laptop/desktop servicing and technical support.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with both presales activities and technical service responsibilities.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
